The Predicament

It had been a moment of love
A fantasy followed by utter weakness
When she had given in
To the desires of her heart

Thinking him to be a blessing from above
But he had turned out to be soulless
Just looking for some conquest,  a win
Very soon he did from her, part

How could she get rid of
The life growing within, she was not heartless
As for her, this had not been a sin
Loving and leaving was indeed an art

The shocked mother, knows not what to do
And the stubborn daughter crying, but loves her baby, true
The solution of this neither knows
As the birth is really close
